As a female and an entrepreneur myself, it is always exciting and rewarding to learn of other women who have risen to the top of their game. One such woman is Gina Penzarella.
Gina is a native New Yorker who lives in Bangor, Pennsylvania. The creator and owner of the exclusive retail-bridal store, Footlights & Co. Inc., a boutique in the city of Easton, Gina Penzarella is proof positive that women can be successful in business doing things they love to do. Gina launched Footlights & Co. Inc. in 1988. Since its establishment, Gina Penzarella's boutique has become one of the leading stores to offer various types of dresses for special occasions.
But as well as supplying a keen sense of fashion and style to her business, Gina Penzarella effectively oversees HR, marketing, purchasing, and bookkeeping. Gina has also remained committed to giving back to her community. Alongside a great amount of charity efforts, Penzarella frequently coordinates fashion shows in the community, donating the funds to various Catholic charities and the SPCA of North Hampton County. Gina Penzarella is also a committed member and sponsor of Defenders of Wildlife.
A success story from the beginning, driven and smart, Gina Penzarella attended Fordham University in New York where she studied business and earned her degree in marketing in 1991. An active member of the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Gina remains part of the Gamma Kappa Alpha Honor Society and the Italian Honor Society.
