Big Daddy, EDIT: IS A SCAM!

I am ALWAYS checking out new stuff when I find it online. Usually the way I run into new programs is by accident. I'll be reading someone's blog and see an interesting banner or Google ad and click on it. I think that's what happened when I found Big Daddy, (that sounds funny, huh)

This is a get paid to search program, but I don't know the details yet. I wanted to share it with you as soon as I found it. Big Daddy sounds pretty interesting. I'll be signing up and I'll let you know what I think. Please come back and do the same. Us bloggers gotta stick together.

UPDATE: I should have done my homework ahead of time. But I quickly realized that something was fishy when I confirmed my membership and was instantly informed that I needed to PURCHASE, though the program was supposed to be free, my top keywords. I went to Google and there it was, the scam report.

Stay clear of BIG DADDY.

January 27, 2009, EDIT: This was a total scam. Big Daddy Does not Pay.

Paid to Blog

When PayPerPost, the big daddy of paid to blog services, hit the scene I don't think anyone dreamed so many paid to blog services would follow. But fortunately for us bloggers they did. Here is a list of all the paid to blog services from across the net. (If you know of a paid to blog service that is not listed here let me know and I'll add it. )

Paid for Links

Another way that bloggers can monetize their blogs is to sell links in their sidebar or on other pages of their blogs. Here is a list of companies that serve as middle men between bloggers and advertisers for link selling and buying.

Link Nerve

Cash Linkr

Oxado

Reverse Links

V7N

Paid to Take Surveys

There are many GPT (Get Paid to) sites that offer surveys along with paid to read emails, paid to fill out offers, paid to look at websites, etc. I am going to make a post listing those companies. The list below is companies who strictly deal in surveys.

A word of caution, though. PLEASE, read the fine print, research companies for negative feedback, anything you need to do to protect yourself. I am only listing survey companies here that I have checked out, but there are GPT and survey companies who are notorious for not paying customers, so be sure to do your homework. (Two sites I would never recommend from personal experience is TikTik Cash and Survey Team.)

Also, I would strongly suggest NOT using your credit or debit card if you decide to sign up for offers. There have been a few incidences where I was charged for what was supposed to be a free trial version. That was before I got the good advice to use a prepaid debit card for these sign ups.

Get Paid To...

There are so many different things that this list of companies offer that I couldn't put it in the title, and I was afraid that if I just put GPT newbies might not know what that meant. So, here we go, with companies that offer pay for looking at websites, reading emails, signing up for offers, taking surveys, etc.

Free Site Submission

I wanted to give you all a head's up about a site called Submit a Site where you can actually get your site submitted to 20 search engines and directories for free and all you need to do is offer a reciprocal link. I hope this helps me get some traffic.

I will be watching my stats to see.

Domain It Paid My $50 for Signing Up!

I decided to check out some affiliates that offered sign up bonuses today. I am pretty broke and I crossed my fingers hoping the promises made by the affiliates I found would be honored. The first one was a winner! Domain It has already deposited $50 in my account and the minium payout is $25.

Unbelievable! It makes me want to work twice as hard to sell their domain hosting and email plans.

If you want to make that $50 just sign up here.
